Synopsis
When Angie, the girl of Dudley's dreams, sends him a note asking if the homecoming committee can borrow his father's convertible for the homecoming parade, Dudley assumes she wants him to ride with her in the parade. Meanwhile, Dudley's pixilated aunt has never been able to accept the fact that Dudley is a teenager, she still thinks of him as a cuddly five year old. Much to Dudley's chagrin, and his family's amusement, she gives Dudley brand new bunny pajamas, complete with hood, fluffy ears, and bunny tail. Everyone thinks Dudley looks “absolutely adorable” in the pajamas. A cataclysmic catastrophe develops when the zipper sticks and Angie's father comes by to inquire about the use of the convertible and Dudley mistakes him for a salesman. Angie's father leaves in a huff and within minutes, Angie appears at the door. Dudley must decide whether to hide from her or face her in his bunny pajamas. All ends well when Angie tells him that the theme of the big dance has been changed to the “bunny hop” and she begs him to be her escort.
