| |  Renee Clark, originally a Connecticut Yankee, hails from sunny Arizona, where she taught Theater and English for 25 years. She has directed students and adults of all ages in numerous plays and musicals throughout her teaching career in Connecticut and Arizona. She is also the artistic director for Sierra Repertory Company and has directed or acted in over 30 plays or musicals. A published author since 1988, her numerous plays have been produced nation-wide and range from social awareness plays to one act comedies. Clarkâs specialty is creating innovative activities that integrate theater into the academic curriculum. Her particular interest is Shakespeare, and she has presented workshops for teachers on integrating Shakespeare into the elementary and middle school classes, as well as producing an Elizabethan festival. She resides in Southeastern Arizona with her husband Bruce. | |
